- Todo tasks - titles and completion status
- Task groups - custom categories you create
- Due dates - scheduling information for tasks
- App preferences - language settings and notification preferences
We Do NOT Collect

- ❌ Usage analytics
- ❌ Crash reports
- ❌ Device information beyond basic functionality
All your data is stored locally on your device only. We:
- Store your todos and preferences in your device’s local storage
- Use notification permissions only for task reminders you set
- Use calendar permissions only to schedule your tasks
We never transmit your data to external servers.
Data Storage
- All data is stored using iOS/Android secure local storage
- No cloud storage or external databases are used
- Your data remains on your device and under your control
- Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all data
Third-Party Services
Circle Todo does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services.
Your Rights (GDPR Compliance)
As all data is stored locally:
- Access: View your data anytime within the app
- Delete: Clear all data via Settings > Clear All Data
- Portability: Export functionality available in future updates
- Control: Full control over all data on your device
Children’s Privacy
Circle Todo does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app is safe for all ages as no data leaves the device.
